Apple repair by post, from anywhere in Malaysia
Our mail-in repair service is for everyone who can’t walk in to a branch. Whether you’re in Penang, Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Melaka, Kuantan, Kota Kinabalu or Kuching, you post your iPhone, iPad, MacBook, AirPods or Mac to our Taman Desa branch in Kuala Lumpur. We fix it on the same bench, with the same parts and the same warranty as a walk-in repair.
With mail-in repair, you pay the courier one way. We pay the other, whether we fix it or not. Every parcel is filmed as it’s opened, and nothing is repaired until you say yes on WhatsApp.
We’re an Apple Certified Independent Repair Provider, so your repair uses Apple’s own parts and diagnostic tools. Repair prices are on each repair page.

Nothing is repaired until you say yes on WhatsApp.

Is it safe to post my iPhone or MacBook?
- 01
The trip back is ours
We pack it, book a tracked courier and send you the tracking number. If the courier loses or damages it on the way back, we file the claim and pass on everything the courier pays.
- 02
The trip in is your courier’s
The courier you book is responsible for getting it to us. We don’t insure parcels. If your device is valuable, add your courier’s extra cover when you book.
- 03
Proof at both ends
Film yourself sealing the box. We film the unboxing and send you the video. If anything arrives damaged, the two videos are your evidence for the courier.
- 04
Your data stays yours
Back up first. Keep Find My on so the device stays locked and trackable. Send your passcode on WhatsApp, never on paper in the box.
- 05
iMacs and desktops travel at your own risk
We accept them by post, but big screens and heavy towers break easily in a courier van, and we can’t be responsible for courier damage. Use the original box, or walk in if you can.
- 06
Swollen battery? Don’t post it
A swollen lithium battery can catch fire in transit. WhatsApp us a photo first and we’ll tell you what to do.
How to pack your device
Pick your device and tick each step as you go. Five minutes of packing saves a cracked screen.
Ready to post. If you don’t have your job number yet, WhatsApp us before you send it.

Never put these in the box
- A swollen battery
- Your passcode on paper
- SIM or memory cards
- Cases, cables and chargers we didn’t ask for
- Cash or anything that isn’t being repaired

Mail-in repair questions
Do you accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in Malaysia?
Yes. We take mail-in repairs from the whole of Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Every mail-in goes to our Taman Desa branch in Kuala Lumpur.
How do I send my MacBook or iPhone for repair?
WhatsApp us first at 014-397 6587. We send you a job number and the address. Pack the device well, put a note inside with your job number, and send it with a tracked courier.
I’m in Penang. Can you repair my MacBook without me going to KL?
Yes. Our mail-in repair service is made for that. WhatsApp us for a job number, send your MacBook from Penang with a tracked courier, and it usually reaches our Taman Desa branch in 1 to 3 working days. The diagnosis is free and we ship it back to you free.
Can I mail in my iPhone or MacBook from Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Melaka or Kuching?
Yes. Mail-in repair works from every state. From Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Melaka, Kuantan and the rest of Peninsular Malaysia, the courier takes 1 to 3 working days. From Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, Miri and the rest of Sabah and Sarawak, it takes 2 to 5 working days.
Who pays for shipping?
You pay the courier to send it to us. We pay for the trip back, whether we fix it or not.
What if you can’t fix my device?
The diagnosis is free and we have a No Fix, No Pay policy. If we can’t fix it, you pay nothing and we ship it back free.
Is my device insured in the post?
We don’t insure parcels. On the way to us, your courier is responsible, so add their extra cover when you book if your device is valuable. On the way back, if the courier loses or damages it, we file the claim and pass on everything the courier pays.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
We film every parcel as it’s opened and send you the video. If it was damaged in transit, you have the video for your courier claim, and we quote any repair before doing anything.
How long does a mail-in repair take?
The courier takes the same day in the Klang Valley, 1 to 3 working days from the rest of Peninsular Malaysia, and 2 to 5 from Sabah and Sarawak. We do our best to check your device the working day it arrives. On busy days it can take a little longer, and we keep you posted on WhatsApp. The repair itself takes the same time as a walk-in.
Can I mail in an iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio or Mac Pro?
Yes, at your own risk. Desktops and big screens break easily in transit, and we can’t be responsible for courier damage. Use the original box if you have it, or walk in if you’re nearby.
Do I need to turn off Find My before sending?
No. Keep Find My on so your device stays locked and trackable in the post. If your repair needs it off, we’ll tell you, and you can remove the device from iCloud.com without having it with you.
Should I switch off my iPhone before sending it in for a battery change?
Yes. Back it up, keep Find My on, then switch it off before you pack it. If the battery is swollen, don’t post it. WhatsApp us a photo first.
Will anyone go through my phone while it’s with you?
No. We only use your passcode to test the parts we repaired, like the screen, camera, Face ID and charging. We don’t open your photos, messages or files.
Do I need to give you my passcode?
Only so we can test everything after the repair. Send it to us on WhatsApp. Never write it on paper in the box.
Will I lose my data?
Most repairs don’t touch your data. SSD upgrades and some logicboard repairs can, and we tell you before we start. Back up before you send it.
How do I pay for a mail-in repair?
You pay online once the repair is done and tested, by online transfer, SPayLater or Atome. Then we ship it back and send you the tracking number.
Is the warranty the same as a walk-in repair?
Yes. A mail-in repair uses the same parts, costs the same and has the same warranty. If you need a warranty repair, the trip back is on us.
Can I post a device with a swollen battery?
No. A swollen lithium battery can catch fire in transit. WhatsApp us a photo first and we’ll tell you what to do.
